Hoe werkt Interim Recruitment bij Forp?

1. Intake binnen 24 uur

We beginnen met een korte intake om jouw situatie, urgentie en wensen te begrijpen. Wat zijn de vacatures? Wat is de tijdslijn? Welke ondersteuning heb je nodig?

2. Match met de juiste specialist

Binnen een week matchen we je met een of meerdere recruitment specialisten uit ons team van 20+ professionals. Elk met hun eigen expertise en ervaring.

3. Direct aan de slag

Onze interim recruiters stappen meteen in. Ze werken volgens jouw processen, gebruiken jouw systemen en voelen als een verlengstuk van je eigen team.

4. Kandidaten in jouw database

Alle kandidaten die we benaderen en spreken, komen direct in jouw recruitment database. Niet in die van Forp. Zo bouw je als organisatie een eigen talentpool op, zelfs tijdens de interim periode.

23 FTE filled in 3 months for De NatuurApotheek

The NatuurApotheek is a nationally recognized natural medicine pharmacy. The company moved from Pijnacker to Simpelveld (Limburg) in 2023.

The move meant they needed a completely new workforce. Forp carried out the entire recruitment process.

The problem

There was a need to fill 23 FTE on short notice. The NatuurApotheek did not have space to arrange everything for this internally. The entire recruitment process was carried out by Forp, in cooperation with De NatuurApotheek.

The results

On June 26, 2023, we started the search for 23 FTE.

In 12 weeks we received 300 applicants, conducted 234 intake interviews and hired a total of 27 new employees.

The first three employees started in September. Another 22 started in October, and two more employees were added to the team in November and December.

How is the way Forp works different from normal recruitment agencies?

A normal recruitment agency helps you recruit one new employee per open vacancy. For each staff member recruited, you pay a fee to the recruitment agency. Candidates for vacancies enter the recruiter’s database and for each new vacancy, the recruitment process starts all over again.

Forp helps you recruit staff using your own company name. Candidates enter your database and we work on your employer branding. This way, you don’t have to start all over again for every vacancy. You pay Forp on the basis of hours worked. Not for a fixed fee per recruited staff member.

How does a collaboration with Forp work?
